Shipping policy
Shipping for Wigs:
Wig Unit orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During major sales or promotions, processing may take 7-10 business days.
Domestic Shipping for Wig Units: All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance, typically arriving 5-7 business days after processing. PO Box shipments are sent via USPS. Overnight shipping to a PO Box may take up to 2 business days, with Friday shipments arriving the following Monday.
Shipping for Hair Extensions
Hair Extension orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During major sales or promotions, processing may take 5-7 business days.
Domestic Shipping:

International Shipping:
Demure Hair currently does not offer international shipping.
Delays:
Transit delays may occasionally occur. Demure Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather events and does not offer refunds or chargebacks for these reasons.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping cost and a $35 restocking fee. We cannot reship these orders. Use the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the corrected address, but note that prices and item availability may differ.
Address Accuracy:
We cannot modify orders after they are placed. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy, including apartment/suite numbers and any relevant abbreviations. Demure Hair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. Returned or undeliverable items will incur a $35 restocking fee.
