Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Request's
Customers must submit return requests within 7 days of receiving their order to qualify for store credit of the purchase amount minus delivery fee, plus a restocking fee of $35.00. Any return request received after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible for return, products must be in their original, unused condition, meaning they cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. The original ties and packaging must remain intact as they were when received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
